We hired Chickadee eMarketing to begin a weekly email "sale" initiative to subscribers who wanted to hear from us each week on our sale items.  During the month of February, we surpassed our sales goal and increased sales by over 126%!   It's the only month we experienced such a large increase.  I believe it's because Chickadee eMarketing designed and managed our weekly Constant Contact email sales campaigns.  We are really excited about adding email marketing to our marketing plan for 2016.

United Merchant Processing (UMPA-US) just launched it's first email campaigns this fall with the help of Chickadee eMarketing.  Terri guided us through template design and development and coached us on what was important to include in newsletter campaigns.  We wanted to reach out to our merchants and make sure they knew about the opportunity to use gift cards to "grow" their business during the 2014 holiday season.   We launched an educational campaign and received over 10 new orders from existing clients to our gift card program.   This demonstrated to us at UMPA how powerful effective email marketing is.   Thanks Terri for coaching us from estrategy planning through campaign completion.
